- 3Add a small amount of wheat flour to bind the mixture — about 2 tablespoons.

- 5Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and flatten into oval or strip shapes — avoid round ball shapes.
- 6Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Cool and cut into strips before serving.
