Welcome to Burpi support. We are a small team and we read every message. Most issues are answered below — if you do not see your question, email us directly and we will get back within one to two business days.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the More tab → Account → Delete Account. Your account, baby profiles, feeding/sleep/diaper logs, growth records, vaccine history, and milestone photos are erased within 30 days. You will be signed out immediately and tokens revoked.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Burpi → Cancel Subscription. Burpi continues to work in free mode after cancellation; premium features lock at the next renewal date.

I am not receiving notifications.

Open Settings on your iPhone → Notifications → Burpi → make sure Allow Notifications is on. Inside Burpi, open the More tab → Reminders and confirm reminders are enabled for the events you want (feeding, sleep, vaccines). If a banner says reminders are disabled, tap it to re-enable.

Sync says "failed" — what do I do?

Burpi automatically retries when your connection returns. If a failure persists, open the More tab → tap the failure banner to retry manually. If a specific item keeps failing, please screenshot the banner and email us — that tells us which entity is having trouble.

How do I add another caregiver?

Open the More tab → Family → Invite. Send the generated link to your partner, grandparent, or sitter. They install Burpi, tap the link, and sign in — they share the same baby profile and timeline.

How do I export my data?

Open the More tab → Export. Choose PDF (premium) for a clinician-friendly report or CSV for raw logs. The file is generated on-device and you can share it via any iOS share sheet target.
