- 1Hard-boil 1 egg, cool, peel, and finely chop.
- 2Finely dice 1 small carrot and steam until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 3Mix chopped egg and carrot into 1/3 cup warm cooked rice.
- 4Form into small bite-size balls and roll in crumbled gim from 2 sheets.
- 5Serve immediately as finger food.

Raw carrots, raw apple chunks, whole nuts, and other hard foods must be cooked until soft or finely ground for infants and toddlers.
