Tiny hand-wrapped wontons filled with minced pork and choy sum, perfect for little fingers to pick up. A gentle introduction to textured foods with familiar Chinese flavors.

Ingredients

Wonton6-8 pieces
Pork50g
Choy Sum30g
Ginger1 slice
Sesame Oilfew drops

Instructions

  1. 1Finely mince 50g pork until smooth.
  2. 2Wash and finely chop 30g choy sum leaves (discard tough stems).
  3. 3Mix pork, choy sum, a few drops of sesame oil, and finely minced ginger together.
  4. 4Place a small amount of filling in each wonton wrapper, fold and pinch to seal.
  5. 5Bring a pot of water to a boil, then cook wontons for 5-6 minutes until they float and the filling is cooked through.
  6. 6Cool slightly and cut each wonton in half for baby to self-feed.
  7. 7Serve warm. Ensure filling is thoroughly cooked.
