Ingredients

Rice1/2 cup cooked
Salmon30g
Nori1 sheet

Instructions

  1. 1Cook salmon (30g) by steaming until fully cooked, then flake finely and check for bones.
  2. 2Mix flaked salmon into 1/2 cup cooked rice until evenly distributed.
  3. 3Wet your hands and shape into small, baby-fist-sized balls.
  4. 4Wrap each ball with a thin strip of nori for easy grip.
  5. 5Serve at room temperature.
