Soft rice shaped into small balls with savory pork floss and a touch of dried seaweed. A popular finger food that toddlers love to pick up and eat independently.

Ingredients

Rice1/2 cup cooked
Pork Floss1 tbsp
Dried Seaweed (Laver)1 sheet

Instructions

  1. 1Cook 1/2 cup of rice until soft and slightly sticky.
  2. 2Let rice cool to a safe handling temperature.
  3. 3Sprinkle 1 tbsp pork floss over the warm rice and mix gently.
  4. 4Wet your hands lightly to prevent sticking.
  5. 5Shape the rice mixture into small balls (about ping-pong size or smaller).
  6. 6Tear 1 sheet of dried seaweed into small strips.
  7. 7Wrap or press seaweed strips onto each rice ball.
  8. 8Serve at room temperature.
