Japanese-inspired rice balls with omega-3 rich salmon and protein-packed edamame. Fun finger food that toddlers love to hold and eat.

Instructions
- 1Cook 50g salmon fillet by steaming for 8 minutes. Flake and check for bones.
- 2Cook 3 tablespoons of rice until very soft.
- 3Steam 2 tablespoons of edamame until soft (5 minutes). Remove shells and mash lightly.
- 4Mix rice, salmon, and edamame together.
- 5Form into small balls using wet hands. Serve at room temperature.
- 6Great for self-feeding practice and packed with omega-3 and plant protein.

Carefully check all fish for bones before serving to infants and young children. Even "boneless" fillets may contain small pin bones.
