- 2Scramble 1 egg in a non-stick pan, then slice into thin strips.
- 3Julienne 1 small carrot and blanch for 2 minutes; blanch 20g spinach and squeeze dry.
- 4Place a sheet of gim on a bamboo mat, spread a thin layer of rice, and arrange fillings in a line.
- 5Roll tightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
