Bite-sized kimbap rolls filled with egg, carrot, and spinach wrapped in gim. A fun finger food that introduces classic Korean flavors.

Ingredients

Rice1/2 cup cooked
Egg1
Carrot1 small
Spinach20g
Gim (Korean Seaweed)3 sheets

Instructions

  1. 1Cook 1/2 cup rice and let it cool slightly; season with a tiny drizzle of sesame oil.
  2. 2Scramble 1 egg in a non-stick pan, then slice into thin strips.
  3. 3Julienne 1 small carrot and blanch for 2 minutes; blanch 20g spinach and squeeze dry.
  4. 4Place a sheet of gim on a bamboo mat, spread a thin layer of rice, and arrange fillings in a line.
  5. 5Roll tightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
