Soft baked meatballs with hidden vegetables and lean turkey, perfect for toddler self-feeding.

Ingredients

Turkey120g ground
Carrot1 small
Zucchini1 small
Egg1

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  2. 2Grate 1 small carrot and 1 small zucchini.
  3. 3Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini.
  4. 4Combine 120g ground turkey with grated vegetables.
  5. 5Add 1 beaten egg and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
  6. 6Mix well and season with a tiny pinch of herbs.
  7. 7Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  8. 8Place on a lined baking sheet and bake 18-20 minutes.

Raw carrots, raw apple chunks, whole nuts, and other hard foods must be cooked until soft or finely ground for infants and toddlers.

Cook Eggs Thoroughly
